1.基本靜額定負荷

直線導軌在靜止或運動中若承受過大的負荷，活受有很大沖擊負荷時，會導致接觸面和鋼珠產(chǎn)生局部的變形，當變形量超過某一限度，將妨礙直線導軌運動的平穩(wěn)性?；绢~定負荷便是容許這個的變形量的極限負荷。依照定義：負荷的方向和大小不變的狀態(tài)下，在受到應力接觸面處，鋼珠與珠道表面的總變形量恰為鋼珠直徑萬分之一時的靜止負荷。

If a linear guide is subjected to excessive loads during static or motion, and is subjected to significant impact loads, it will cause local deformation of the contact surface and steel balls. When the deformation exceeds a certain limit, it will hinder the smoothness of the linear guide's motion. The basic rated load is the maximum load that allows for this deformation. According to the definition, in a state where the direction and magnitude of the load remain unchanged, the total deformation of the steel ball and the surface of the ball track at the stress contact surface is exactly one ten thousandth of the diameter of the steel ball under static load.

當直線導軌使用在慢速運動和作動頻率不高的狀態(tài)下，需考慮靜系數(shù)。根據(jù)不同的使用狀況，計算靜負荷必須考慮不同的系數(shù)，尤其是當導軌受有沖擊性負時，需要取用較大的系數(shù)。

When using linear guides in slow motion and low operating frequency, the static safety factor needs to be considered. According to different usage conditions, different safety factors must be considered when calculating static loads, especially when the guide rail is subjected to negative impact, a larger safety factor needs to be taken.
